Josko jo täksi jouluksi - Mayby for this Christmas

Tässä on projektini: ristipistotyö, joka toivon mukaan valmistuu täksi jouluksi. Melkein vuoden tuo työ on seissyt kaapissa odottamassa viimeistelyjä. Jospa nyt se inspiraatio iskisi. Ihanahan tuosta tulee, sille ei voi mitään. Vielä kauniit kehykset siihen niin siinä on joulukoriste vuosiksi eteenpäin.

Here is my project: Cross-stitch work, which hopefully is ready for this Chrismas. The work has stayed in my cabin waiting to be finished for almost a year. I hope that the inspiration would come. All I need is beautiful frames and then I will have a Christmas decoration for years to come.

Perhoset jouluna - Butterflies at Christmas

Taas se vuoden aika lähestyy, että joulu tekee tuloaa. Itse asiassa ensikki täällä Hollannissa tulee Sinteklaas. Tähän perinteeseen en ole vielä oikein kasvanut, muuten kuin että tykkään syödä suklaakirjaimia - nam. Tästä syystä Sinteklaas häviää minun asteikolla joululle.

Joulun valmistelut aloitan yleensä hyvin aikaisin. Tänä vuonna ostin ekat koristeet jo elokuussa, kun löysin sattumalta kauniita edullisia perhosia. Siskolleni yritin jo viimejouluna ostaa lahjaksi perhosia, mutta hänen jouluunsa mielestä perhoset eivät ole kauhean jouluisia, joten lupaa ostolle ei irronnut. No, meillä mennään sitten enemmän trendien mukaan ja nuo kesäiset perhoset pääsevät meidän ruskea, oranssi, kulta -värityksiseen kuuseen.

Soon it will be Christmas time. Actually in Holland first comes here Sinteklaas. I have to say that I haven't learned to celebrite it. Only thing I do, is that I eat chocolate letters - nam. Thats way Christmas is for me more important.

My Christmas begins usually wery early. This year I bought my first items in August. I found some inexpensive beautiful butterflies. Last Christmas I tried to buy for my sister some butterflies for a present. She didn't like the idea, because butterflies don't belong to Christmas (I wasn't allowed to buy those). But in our home we go with the trend and the butterflies have a place in our brown, orange and golden Christmas tree.
